This is just a quick request pertaining to the methods used for reporting in-game advertisers / spammers.
We are extremely grateful for any help we receive from players regarding petitions about such spammers. However please keep in mind that in order to maximize the effectiveness of your petition it is important to submit it as soon as possible. Recently we have seen a tendency by players - especially those using custom user interface AddOns for reporting - to stockpile several reports and then open a ticket later with the details of all the spamming activity. Unfortunately by this time the spammer is likely to have finished the advertising and may have bothered many other players, which all might have been avoided if only the petition had been made sooner.
We continue to work on several systems to address this high priority concern directly but in the meantime we appreciate any help you can provide with this matter.
