Getting information on ALL the mounts in World of Warcraft can be difficult, but luckily here is new site that should tell you everything you need to know.

Mounts are highly sought-after means of transportation within World of Warcraft. From normal ground mounts to flying mounts, there's all kinds of transportation available to those who seek it and have the coin to buy them.

On December 26th, 2007 (Beijing Time), the legendary phoenix mount summoned through using Ashes of Al'ar appeared on the Molten Core server in China. Soon after its appearance, the phoenix mount was bought by a player at 190,000 wow gold (approximately RMB 7,000).
Just to confirm, there will be no flying mounts in any part of Azeroth... North Rend included in the coming expansion included!
Putting the duration on these items makes it so we don't have to worry about keeping them as a special rare mount. Instead it allows us to make them drop on a regular basis so almost everybody can experience this part of the event and enjoy it while it lasts.
A very well done video that shows off the new Engineering flying mount.
MMO-Champion have a good Zul'Aman preview as well as details on the new mounts coming in the PTR, including the cool new engineering flying mount.
We do have the broom mounts for Hallow's End this year. Some people got to see them on the PTRs, they're pretty wicked. The tooltip on them is wrong however, they are not one use only, they do have a 14 day duration though.

I highly recommend checking out the additions when it begins in your nearest "starter" town, the Headless Horseman attacks and ultimate battle with him in Scarlet Monastery graveyard are a lot of fun, easily puggable at 70, and he drops phat purples.
Introducing the new World of Warcraft mount, coming in a patch soon!

Do you like the armor changes made ot the Spectral Tiger? Blizzard calls it an upgrade... everyone else says it looks worse!

Check out this movie and look for yourself.

The chance to get this kick ass mount has come around again... but it will cost you!

So for the 5919 of you who didn't win one from us and for all of us who are not able or willing to pay thousands of dollars for one, all you have to do is buy Fires of Outland booster packs until you get your very own Spectral Tiger Mount.

The Spectral Tiger mount card, which comes with the card trading game, and is the only way you can get the Spectral Mount in the game, just sold for eBay for $2,000!!

Simply put, you HAVE to enter this content for a sick mount in WoW...

I think this is the most awesome thing we've ever given away. WoW Insider and Upper Deck have hooked up to provide you with the friggin' coolest ground mount in game: The Spectral Tiger Mount. It's one of the three loot cards from the WoW TCG expansion just announced for the new Fires of Outland booster packs (coming to a store near you on August 22nd). Usually it's only available from the special foil card in these packs, but this time, you can win a code for it just by leaving a comment on this post. Yup, put a comment on this post in the next 48 hours (the loot is so good we had to go twice the normal contest length), so before Friday, July 27, at 7pm EST-- and please use an email that you check often, so we can get back to you when you win!-- and one person from the comments will be randomly selected to win a code that gives them this mount on the in game character of their choice!

Here's something new courtesy of the 2.2 patch... a flying broom mount!

This broom mount seemed to be one of those unnamed things that came up with the rise of PTR patch 2.2. There's no word from Blizzard on what you'll need to actually get the flying mount, and even less word on whether this will be an actual in-game mount, but there is some speculation that this mount will actually be a temporary one you can get during the Halloween season (which is actually kind of cool).

The Phoenix mount has officially dropped for the first time from Kael'thas. The guild that got it? Method.

Method killed Kael'thas for the first time tonight, despite the fact that they're nice ... why would you care ?
Easy, they dropped the Ashes of Al'ar , the phoenix mount is now confirmed to be a drop from Kael'thas

Have experienced any hate or jealously over having a flying mount? As this poster says, he got his new mount the other day and has been getting whispers and all sorts lately...

Noticed a very peculiar form of behavior from some players who see my new mount: epic flying mount hate. Getting /whispers and /tells from random people saying things like "That's sad", and "Get a life."
