MMO-Champion have a whole heap of information on the loots you'll find in The Sunwell.

  • Items seems to be ilvl 154~155
  • At least one of them is ilvl 164 (Apolyon, the Soul-render), we can assume it's a loot from Kil'jaeden. I didn't try to get the ilvl for all items, maybe there are more loots from KJ.
  • Even if they're legit, these stats are probably from early beta servers and could be changed/removed once the 2.4 patch is released on PTR.
  • The feral staff is with the caster weapons, I know, I'm not redoing the screenshot just because of that. :/
  • Nothing is confirmed by Blizzard, trust it at your own risks.
  • (Bonus) It seems that the Arena Season 4 sets will be named "Brutal Gladiator". This one is still fairly unconfirmed though.

Wondering whether the season 3 arena weapons will look different from the current ones? Well yes, they will.

The developers have informed us that the Season 3 Weapons will have new art, so the answer to your question would be yes... There will be new graphics for Season 3 Weapons :-)

Epics are about to start dropping in instances for non level 60 or 70 players...

http://wowhead.com/?item=34227 now drops from SM Lib.

Very funny thread - the worst excuses you have heard for someone hitting need when they shouldn't have.

Here's some info on new Hyjal loots:

Trash mobs in Hyjal now give rep (3 per mob and 200 per boss)and items (new epics, heart of darkness, mark of the illidari), more hyjal loot will be added to this news.

Black Temple and Hyjal trash mobs share the same loot table with a few new items.

"For those of you that arent aware you now receive less rep for a full clear without wipes." mek

Reputation gain:
- 3 rep per trash mob
- 15 rep per frostwyrm
- 200 rep per boss
- 500 rep for Archimonde

Is there one specific piece of loot from the Burning Crusade that you just can not get!?

What is it and how long have you been trying?

Drop rates do not change daily but as was mentioned, they do have a random factor to them that may make it seem that some days you're just luckier than others. It's just like when you can be on a quest for awhile looking for a particular drop and someone else comes by and gets it on the first drop. It's random and has nothing to do with the bad karma you brought upon yourself when you were five and kicked dirt on Billy's shoe when he wouldn't share his candybar with you.

Everyone has bad luck with instance drops... but do you ever feel like you just aren't going to get it, and it isn't random afterall?

Coralie's problem doesn't appear to be getting groups though. Apparently the Stormwraiths are good to her. Coralie's issue is with the boss loot tables. She doesn't go as far as to imply that anything is rigged against her, but her post is pretty compelling. Apparently the paladins in her guild have taken to bringing her along on instance runs because they find her to be a good luck charm for plate drops and other paladin items. If I'm reading this right, she's even taken to distributing "personally blessed" Lucky Charms to paladins who need to make runs when she isn't available to go herself. (As a side note, if she has enough of them to have multiple stacks, she certainly doesn't lack perseverance.)

Are you hanging out to know when the Arena Season 3 is going to begin? Could be a while yet...

Season 3 is likely to start when the Zul'Aman patch (Patch 2.3) is launched, however there is a chance that it might be delayed to some time after the release of that patch.

Additionally it should be interesting for you to know that once season 3 have started, it will be possible for you to buy Season 1 gear using honor points (approximately 15k/piece).

As the title says, someone very dedicated has gotten a world first in completing the Warglaive of Azzinoth Set. The guy was Furi from Blood Legion on the Illidan server.

What's logical loot? When the boss you just killed in a dungeon actually drops the stuff they were wielding... it is coming in Zul’Aman apparently.

There have always been boss and item design goals to have bosses that drop loot they themselves are wielding. You can see this in Scarlet Monastery, Shadow Labyrinth, and Molten Core, just to name a few.

As no itemization for Zul’Aman has been shown to anyone yet, it would be difficult to discuss specific cases where this may occur within the dungeon. It's certainly not a new philosophical change though, it's been there since the game's release.

We’re still working to provide everyone with an immersive and challenging experience in Zul’Aman, and we hope to be able to share more information in the coming months.

The guys last post in this thread is a little stupid, but what he says before that makes sense - it is very annoying!

Stop saying "I hope MY xxxx drops"

I can't stand it when people say this in guild. It makes you sound like a tool, especially when it it said before and after every single boss. People refer to the items as theirs before they even get it. Also, people try to say it to try to make it seem like they are the only ones who deserve it and try to not get others to bid or roll.

I am a GM and I will begin disenchanting loot which people refer to in this manner.

Someone from McAfee has said that they are finding more malware that tries to steal your login information for games like World of Warcraft, than they are finding for programs that try to steal your bank account info etc. While your bank accounts are likely worth more, it probably just means that hacking your WoW account is easier than doing your bank account!
Forte just dropped the Warglaive of Azzinoth on Illidan. (And World 3rd kill, gratz).

They also dropped Stormrage Signet Ring ,

Here's a good question, when do you think it is fair to upgrade one of your epic items to another one, when rolling for it in a group of course?

Ask WoW Insider calls for your thoughts on the issue.
