The 2.4 PTR is now officially up and as you would expect MMO Champion have all the patch notes.

Check it out.

Warlocks on the PTR are buggered...

The premade warlocks that were copied over the weekend (Undead and human) were broken and not allowing players to log in with them. These characters are un-recoverable. If you copied a premade warlock and can not log in with it go ahead and delete the character.

New premade warlock templates have been created (orc and human) and are working correctly.

General
* Boat and zeppelin vendors and NPCs are are back on duty.
* Reduced network latency by disabling the Nagle algorithm.

PvP
* Warmasters/marshals in Alterac Valley now increase each other’s maximum health and damage by 20%. This is a stacking effect.

Druid
* Ravage: The damage multiplier on this ability has been increased from 350% to 385%.

Rogue
* Ambush: The damage multiplier on this ability has been increased from 250% to 275%.
More after the jump...
  • /timetest is a command that can be run to provide information on game performance. /timetest 0 turns the command off. When the command is issued, the next time a player uses a flight master to travel, certain statistics will be measured and displayed at the end of that flight. All weather effects and spawns are shutdown during the test.

  • Effects triggered from being critically hit: Many abilities and talents were changed in 2.3.0 to allow them to trigger from critical strikes that occurred while the player benefitting from them was sitting.

Wow, patch 2.4 is going to be on the public test realms before the end of the year!

Q: What can you tell us about Sunwell?
A: There will be 2 instances, both of them for lvl 70 players. 1 raid instance (25 mans) and one 5 mans instance. You will be fighting against Kael'thas bloodelfs, also Sunwells architecture looks like Silvermoon City.

Q: What is the approx release date of Patch 2.4?
A: No release date yet.

Q:When will patch 2.4 be availible on the Public Test Realm (PTR)?
A: For the moment, we are fixing some bugs (patches 2.3.1 and 2.3.2) but we plan to have patch 2.4 this year on the ptr.

Here's a thread in the forums that seems to be continually updated with changes on the 2.3 PTR as the are made... it's pretty long.
MMO Champion have gotten a ton of new information off the latest build of the PTR, as they usually do. Anyway, it's far too much for me to list here, so check it out after the jump.
Here's a list of the issues currently on the 2.3 PTR. It is posted by a Blue and seems very comprehensive!
World of Raids has the details on some new Armor and Arena weapons, fresh off the 2.3 PTR.

Some changes to the video settings tab are coming out and have been found on the PTR. However:

This isn't a platform specific change, the options dialog has been re-laid out to make it easier to understand what each option does. All the old variables are still available in config.wtf but some of them are now controlled in different ways.

The PTR 2.3 patch notes have been updated and as usual MMO Champion are right on top of things... including some CRAZY rogue buff.
World of Raids have got a summary of all the class changes that just went up in a new build on the patch 2.3 PTR.
Here's some new Hunter, Paladin and Rogue changes that World of Raids managed to grab from the PTR.

Some changes to the inspect function on the PTR's:

# Inspect distance has been increased to 30 yards.
# When you inspect another player, you can now see their talent choices as well as their equipment.
