33% +sepll dmg will soon be added to all healing gear and testing for it is apparently going well.

How is this going on testing? It's going well last I heard and we haven't seen any potential problems with it.

We haven't seen any OP issues with this even when looking at classes with high armor vs cloth wearers.

Players will be able to see it in action on the Test Realm fairly soon. I suggest that if you get the opportunity, that you download it and try it and the rest of the new changes out when it goes live. We're looking forward to seeing what the community experiences as well.

All healing gear will soon give an extra 1/3 of the +healing as +damage. This is so healers will epic healing gear aren't totally gimped when they try to do solo PVE. Pretty cool idea.

It includes enchants, gems, and all other items. The only exceptions are temporary buffs, and some BC leveling greens with "of the..." stats, and some Zul'Gurub items, as there is a current limitation on how many different stats can be distributed on an item, which we're working to extend for the future.
